The Necrons have been a staple of our 40K games since the Tabletop Hobbit picked up the first plastic warriors set back in the murky mists of his beardling days. Now in the hands of Gildoren, the Necron armies at the disposal of Lord Gildoren have grown to a sizeable force.




The C'tan have come in various guises throughout the Warhammer 40K lore. Current fluff has ret-conned them somewhat, however they do still provide the Necrons with a viable unit and I wanted to repaint mine to match my new Turquoise paint job I have added to my Necrons. (See that HERE).

I gave the C'tan Nightbringer a some dirty robes, rather than the traditional black, I felt this worked better with my overall army colour.

  Warhammer Fantasy Tomb Kings - Necrolith Colossus  I was always on the lookout for a model to represent the Necrolith Colossus in my Tomb Kings army. When the Hobbit spotted a 3D printed model on eBay and ran out of his hole shouting and squealing that it may be a good proxy, I thought I better take a look, if only to stop the neighbours complaining... This will not only increase the unit count but enable me to field an army at a higher points level.
